Slug Success User Update 1/26/18 New Unrestricted Major/Minor Appointment Reasons

 

Based on feedback we have received from a number of Major/Minor advisers regarding the new restrictions on student appointments, we are making some additional changes to the list of "reasons" that students can select when scheduling appointments from the "Major/Minor Advising" category.

 

The following unrestricted reasons will be available by the end of the day today (1/26). Any student may select these reasons when scheduling an appointment, regardless of their declared major(s) and/or minor (including Proposed:Undeclared students), and will be able to select their desired location from the list of advisers with this availability. Major/Minor advisers: if you wish to have these reasons available to students you must update your appointment availability. If you do NOT add these reasons to your availability, you will not be visible to students who select these reasons.
