8/29/17: Issues With Slug Success Today - Updated

Hello Slug Success users,

We have been notified that there is currently an issue occurring which affects some users' ability to use Slug Success with the following functionality: advanced/quick search, watch lists, saved searches.
  
If you are experiencing issues with Slug Success today related to searching, please try using the Advanced search, as I've been informed this should still bring up students (it's apparently the quick search that's having the most trouble).
 
As soon as I receive an update from our vendor that services have been restored, I will send another update. I apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience.
