
How to Remove Existing Availability
Staff may wish to update their availability by removing multiple existing availability blocks at once. These instructions will describe an easy way to do this.

If you want to remove more than one availability block from your “My Availability” page, the best way to do this will be to use the Availabilities report.
Note: If you have important information in your existing availability, particularly in the “Special Instructions for Student” box, be sure to copy and save that text before you Delete those availability block(s) if you want to reuse that information when you set up new availability.
- Click here to open the Availabilites Report in Slug Success
- Replace the values in the First and Last name fields with your own First and Last names
- Run the Report
- When the results appear, check the box in the top left corner of the Results section to select all rows. Important: If you do not wish to delete all of your availability, you can select individual rows to delete.
- In the Actions menu, select Delete Availability
- In the dialogue box that pops up, confirm that you wish to delete the selected availabilities


Once your existing availability has been deleted, you can follow these instructions to set up your new availability.
