How to Cancel a Slug Success Appointment
You can cancel any scheduled Slug Success appointment. Follow these steps to cancel an appointment:

1. On your home page select Appointments to view any currently scheduled appointments
2. Find the scheduled appointment that you wish to cancel, and select it to see the Appointment Details screen, where you will find the Cancel Appointment link at the bottom
3. Click on the Cancel Appointment link to open the Cancel Appointment screen, where you must select a reason that you’re cancelling your appointment, and may add any additional Comments to be sent to the advisor or staff member
You will receive an email confirming that your appointment has been cancelled, and you can then reschedule your appointment if you choose to do so.
