How to Create a New Appointment Summary Report
There are a few ways you can create a new Appointment Summary Report in Slug Success. Please choose which of the following options best suits your situation:
- To create an “ad-hoc” Report, which is unassociated with an appointment, click the “Report on Appointment” link on the student’s profile page. Note that after you create and save this report, an “appointment” will be created that matches the Arrived and Departed times as indicated in the report
- If the student has checked in for a scheduled or drop-in appointment (via the Kiosk, Appointment Center, or Virtual check-in), you can click Start Appt next to the student's name from the Appointment Queue in the menu at the top of your screen
- If the student has not checked in, but has a scheduled appointment, you can look to your Upcoming Appointments tab. Select the student from the list, verify that the “Report Filed?” column says “Not Yet.” then select “Add Appointment Summary” from the Actions menu
- Most departments that are using Slug Success for scheduling, but may not be checking students in for their appointments, will find the third option to be the most effective for accurate reporting.
