How to Navigate the Student Profile Page

The “Student Profile” page provides a quick overview of a student’s academic standing. Below are some of its most important features. 

Click the tabs under the student's name to view additional information about this student, such as courses enrolled and an unofficial transcript, recorded summary reports and notes, and progress markers (where enabled). The "30-second gut check" box under the Overview tab provides basic academic standing information; click any triangles (like the one next to the GPA) to view additional information for that category. Links under "Current Alerts" allow you to quickly contact the student, create an Appointment Report or add them to a Student List. Advisers listed in the Success Team box on the second half of the page have been auto-assigned to this student based on their College affiliation and/or Major(s)/Minor.
