
How to Navigate the Staff Home Page
The “Staff Home” screen will greet you when you log into the Slug Success system. Below are some of its most important features:

Quick Search
Use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for students by name, CruzID/email, or Student ID#
User Preferences
Click on the circle on the top right (with your initials or profile picture) to modify your user settings
Students
Under the students tab, you can see your Assigned Students (if your role allows) as well as any Student Lists you may have created
Appointments
Click to see upcoming and recent appointments, send messages to students, and/or create appointment summaries associated with these appointments
My Availability
Click My Availability to set up and/or modify your availability to meet with students
Appointment Queues
If your location uses the Kiosk or Appointment Center to check students in for appointments, use this screen to view currently checked-in students and start appointments
Appointment Requests
If your location allows students to Request Appointments, you can manage those requests on this screen
