Please Help Us Determine The New Student-Facing Slug Success Appointment Reasons

 

Starting in Fall quarter, we plan to make some changes to Slug Success in order to present students with new, easier to understand options when they schedule appointments with their Advisers. In order to do that, we need to hear from you! Please fill out the attached form to let us know your ideas/suggestions.
